(More customer reviews)I wish I had time for a longer review but while re-ordering I saw that this product only had one and thought I should add a word. This clay has changed my life. I am a 30-year-old woman who has had worsening fibromyalgia-type symptoms over the past five years (joint pain and stiffness, worse in the morning). I read about this clay about four months ago and tried it -- I could feel a big difference in less than a week! Now, I sleep like a baby, my aches and pains are all but gone and I feel like a teenager again! Try it!!
Update: It's important to drink lots of water when taking this product. I had a period where I got busy and too-little-water + clay = constipation. Reading reviews elsewhere, I learned that this can happen and that psyllium husk (metamucil) capsules are a recommended adjunct to the supplement. I've been taking them with the clay plus water and it's solved the problem.
