(More customer reviews)Having a very good variety of nutritional supplements in one easy to carry little bag is just what I like. The fact that it includes fish oil and multivitamin so that i don't have to have extra bottles is great.
I've never had a problem opening the packets and, normally, I just swallow the whole set of tablets all at once with one gulp of water; couldn't be easier.
