I have tried 5-6 different products and find that this suits me the best.
PROS:
- mixes easily
- the different proteins breakdown at different rates, so it prevents you from being hungry after an hour(I have this for breakfast and feel a difference between this and the regular proteins (whey, soy, egg, and other)
- Tastes great
Wish it was kosher!
