(More customer reviews)Yeah, the can is full of alfafa powder and I think its painfully impossible to be drank by itself and water so it suggest tomato or carrot juice to be added. I prefer carrot juice because its sweeter and it makes it taste better but everyone is different. It makes me work better at my job, I eventually bought alfafa pills cuz the alfafa powder is too much for me to make everyday plus expensive to be buying carrot juice or V8 every week.
