(More customer reviews)I am 53 and I was having horrible hot flashes and night sweats- I did not know the back of your knees could sweat! I went to my GYN and received a Rx for hormones but decided to try black cohash/soy and it has worked well. I shared the info with a coworker and she has had equal success. I wish I had tried this before I filled my perscription. I ran out of the EstroSoy and decided to see if the hot flashes returned and they did with a bang. I do not plan to run out again.
It took about a week for the hot flashes / night sweats to abate.
I think it is certainly worth trying.
