(More customer reviews)My eye doctor suggested I start taking Triple Omega to help dry eyes. He said this is the first thing he tries before going to more drastic measures for dry eyes (like tear duct plugs). I was skeptical but since Omega supposed to be good for your heart I started taking it.
My doctor told me to take two pills a day - morning and evening. The capsules are quite large, but after a few tries you figure out a techniques to get them down comfortably.
Two weeks later my eyes feel so much better with no other changes. Wow!
