(More customer reviews)I have used melatonin as a sleep aid for years. I find the common 3mg tablets are more than necessary and prefer the lowest dosage of 1 mg.
They are a bit harder to find but no need to O.D. if you don't need to. Also dials down the dreams to near zero for me.
