(More customer reviews)I have been trying many multi-vitamins and eventually got to this one. I was skeptical after trying so many that never quite did what I wanted. This, being a food-based vitamin, has a uniqueness in that the body can more easily absorb what it needs and pass what it doesn't. So unlike many vitamins, it won't make your stomach ache unless you chug the whole bottle.
I found my workouts to be quicker to recover from, my sleep quality improved and my complexion improved. This vitamin truly gives noticeable results and has far more nutrients than your typical GNC-type multi-vitamin. The taste is okay, and it can be mixed with orange juice quite well. Regrettably, the flavor was changed after I bought my fifth bottle. It used to taste better and less "mediciny" before this flavor "improvement".Still, it does taste alright.
A strange thing, I noticed if I go without it when I run out, I actually can tell the difference in how I feel when not using it. So this really is doing something for my body. Try this out - you won't regret it.
This is also packed with all kinds of nutrients including Goji berries and many, many more. I have searche dand just cannot find a better vitamin for the money.
