When this arrived in the mail and I opened the box, I started laughing because the "bottle" is totally Huge! Humongous! But you know what? That's absolutely great because I know it will last me a lot longer this time.
Buying this from Amazon could not have been easier. It shipped incredibly fast. What I really like about Swanson's Lecithin Granules is the amount of actual Choline it contains is pretty fantastic, 200mg per tablespoon, which is higher than I have seen in other brands that are available to me. The granules are very versatile, in that I can use them in a variety of ways. My favorite is adding a tablespoon in my morning oatmeal with flaxseeds and dried cranberries. The granules have a pleasing light, buttery/vanilla flavor which makes it easy to use in any dish. Any search you do on Choline will tell you of its many uses including helping lower cholesterol and improving brain function. From my personal use, I can honestly say it has helped with my memory and concentration faculties.
