(More customer reviews)My mother is 92 and cannot swallow the large adult size capsules. This product is better for people of any age having some swallowing problems. She did not like the taste of liquid fish oil (even the lemon flavored type). Kids Krill Oil capsules work fine for her. I believe it helps relieve her symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. Also, the medical literature indicates that regular sources of omega-3 (along with a source of vitamin D3) can significantly reduce risk of macular degeneration. As an aside, her opthalmologist was concerned 2 years ago that she was on the brink of developing macular degeneration. We immediately started supplementing with omega-3 + a source of vitamin D3 along with more green vegetables, and subsequent testing showed improved eye health relative to macular degeneration. To date, still she is still free of macular degeneration.
