(More customer reviews)I was a little sceptical when I ordered this product. I have been taking ambian for the last year and was looking for an alternative that wouldn't leave me feeling horrible in the morning. I also wanted something to help in the gym as well.
After researching I was surprised to find that there are really not that many options of supplements in this category. I narrowed it down to this one as I can not sleep.
Upon takin my first dose of 1 pill I was happy to find myself sleepy after 30-40 minutes.
I am on a bunch of other supplements so it is hard to say whether the results I am seeing in the gym are a result of this or a combination of all however I do sleep more soundly and am overall more then satisfied with this product and the price is fantastic.
