(More customer reviews)My holistic doctor recommended this to me to restore the minerals leached out of the body when sitting in front of a computer screen all day. Put a few drops in each glass of water you drink (or until you can just begin taste it) add vitamin D to your diet, and you'll feel MUCH better. I also have a friend with migraine issues and her doctor told her to take Magnesium to reduce them - it seems to be working! But, honestly, isn't this better than taking pills? You bet it is!!! I keep it on my desk at work and get my minerals effortlessly throughout the day.
