(More customer reviews)I've been taking Blue Bonnet Vit D3 (Cholecalciferol) Lanolin sourced veggie caps for about a year & it has helped me in my recovery from an awful illness. Blue Bonnet is a great kosher label I trust (kosher being cleaner from my understanding). I take 10,000iu/day, but most adults would probably be fine with 5000iu/day & getting it in one capsule is hard to find. (Depending how much sun you get.) My 7 yr old son does D3 chewables by another brand (in smaller amts) & it has done wonders keeping him healthy during the school year.
