(More customer reviews)I use it, but I take 4-8 tablets per day, divided into 2 doses. My feet are warm when I take it; they are usually cold. My skin is not so dry. My hair falls out when I don't take it. So for me, it does work, but I never did try just 1-2 tablets/day. I think the reason I need so much is that my body uses the t3, and not much of the t4, which has to be converted to t4. Same with other brands. Take more. I've heard this from many people with low thyroid. Doctors are pretty dumb about the condition, so people need to share their experiences, good or bad, or whatever.
