(More customer reviews)I find the Omega-3 fish oils to be an amazing balancer of my "self" which seems to become more anxious as I age and lose hormones. The only downside I've found is that many of them give you hours of fishbreath. This one is perfect in every way! Absolutely my favorite of these products, and I feel like my old self again.
