Check out any bodybuilder magazine and you'll find most of the pages are ads devoted to supplements. In my opinion, most are NOT worth the money! There are, however, a handful of products that do what they claim, are backed up by the scientific community and well worth looking in to. One of those is Creatine. If you are serious about lifting weights and making gains - creatine should be on your shopping list. And, after you do look around, you'll find that Creatine by NOW is priced VERY nicely! Compare for yourself. Like I said in the title, NOW may not be the fanciest or most colorful product, but I have found it to be the best. Best quality, best price, best company. I also recommend their soy protein supplement, but that's another review. Good luck!
