(More customer reviews)I have been taking this exact Inositol for about a year now. I initially began taking this because of a report on NBC nightly news that Inositol had been found to reduce cancer risk in past and present smokers in a limited study.
I smoked for 25 years and quit about 5 years ago but have always been concerned that I might still get lung cancer.
I have since become familiar with all of Inositol's benefits. It aids in cell to cell communication among other things. For me, my whole physical self feels so much better after using Inositol. My arthritis is greatly improved. My digestion and intestinal tract in general is so much improved. I have had liver problem. These have all disapeared. I urge anyone, who is in distress from everyday pain or discomfort to try this stuff. It works!
If you're a current or past smoker.... take this stuff. It works! I have only one thing to add this review. I also take Tumeric in conjunction with Inositol. I would also highly recommend Tumeric as a daily additive.
