(More customer reviews)I have tried many supplements, including several prescribed by my doctor, to help decrease my appetite as I work at getting back down to a healthy weight, but none have worked like Hoodia 2000 TR! I have incorporated daily exercise and diet changes as I know that losing weight and keeping it off means changing my lifestyle to one that is healthier. I need to lose 70 more pounds and have added Hoodia 2000 TR to help control my appetite so I can continue to work at eating smaller portions of food. I only need to take one Hoodia 2000 TR in the morning, and because it is a timed-release formula, it works for me until I go to bed. I have found that since taking this I get full alot quicker when eating and have therefore been able to successfully eat smaller portions. I have had no adverse side effects; this product doesn't contain any type of stimulant. I have been using it for a little over a month now and will continue to use it along with the lifestyle changes I have made. (I've found that Amazon.com has the best price for this product.)
