It literally loosens the muscle's and takes away the pain, my sciatica pain is gone and my back is no longer in agony when sitting or laying down for a while. It's natural, no ibuprofen, no aspirin, nothing like that. But the date on the bottle had me jump when I got it. I was ready to send it back until i contacted the seller who told me that it was the manufactures date, because the expiration date is no longer being used. So, of course, I did my research via the FDA where they state that now all herbal supplements will have the manufactures date and not the date of expiration. The FDA is all backwards and screwed up. But I'm not here to talk about them, but about this product which I swear by. It was after seeing chiropractors, doctors, and therapists, who made matters worse that my chiropractor referred me to an acupuncturist who recommended I start taking SPZM, and Mobility 2, along with the treatments he's giving me the pain is almost all gone after 1 week.
