(More customer reviews)I would suggest you consult your doctor or a nutritionist before taking any product that claims to have a very strong component of vitamins and minerals or that claims to have healing effects on your body. From my experience I could say that Chlorella is an incredible product. I feel better, more energetic and lucid during the day. My mind is so much clearer so it is my sight. During the night I sleep better and my snoring has gone away (although this product doesn't claim to end snoring, after taking this product and doing nothing else, I DO NOT SNORE!!). I suffered from high blood pressure level 1, now (just one and half week taking this product) I have a blood pressure of 120/80 24 hours. I just checked my cholesterol and is down 20 points (I have helped with a balanced diet). But is under 200 for the first time in more than a year.
Overall I feel better. Difficult to describe but I just feel better.
I suggest you follow the instructions that comes with the box. Take 5 pills a day for one week and then increase to 10 pills a day for another week and then to 15 pills a day for the rest. Unless you are in a very bad shape, 15 pills a day should be enough for you to feel the difference.
