(More customer reviews)and I can't praise it enough... Excellent product. Has all the ingredients I was looking for in a "vitamin". I used to take regular one a day type vitamins until I did some research and found out that most of the off the shelf vitamins do not dissolve in our digestive system (they are too hard and compact plus other technical jargon) but these are soft and contain all natural ingredients. I do not take as many as recommended because I'm under 140 lbs and compared to most adult men 40+, I'm considered to be small (HA!) Oh well, it just made more sense to me to take half the daily dose. All I can tell you is that it works... I feel better and my digestive track is extremely regular and I have increased my metabolism as well as my immune system. I rarely get a sniffle and am full of energy. I also take OXYAge (two pills) which is also less that the recommended dose... whatever, it works for me and I'm going to keep taking them.
