I control my diet and did exercise 4 times a week (spinning class), I did no expect a miracle product . I lost the 10 pounds I have never lost (from my weight limit) now for the first time in many many years my weight is in a normal range, I did not feel a significant appetite lose, but certainly I felt that this product maximized my time in the gym and accelerated my metabolism.
