I highly recommend the vanilla, and banana flavoried Spiru-Tein wafers. Although they have a bit of a chalky consistency, I found them very tasty.
They are excellent to keep handy for those times when you feel hungry but don't want to grab a candy bar or something unhealthy. I find 2 wafers with some water are very filling. They are easily kept in a purse or car glovebox.
This product has proved a lifesaver for me. If you enjoy the taste, and of course that is pretty subjective, then I guarantee you that you will be hooked and be very happy to have a ready and handy source of healthy treats.
Highly, highly recommended.
