(More customer reviews)I have been hypoglycemic for most of my life, (I'm not diabetic, but was told I could be pre-diabetic and they wanted to prescribe things to me that would have damaged my kidney such as Metformin, and I refused that). My Mother was diabetic and just passed on due to complications of Kidney due to diabetes. When I emptied her apartment I found Chromium GTF and decided to try one. My hypoglycemia has never shown up on any blood test, but they thought I might be pre-diabetic. I have always struggled with constant hunger, even as a child I would not make it through a day at school without getting shakey walking home, so I resolved that I had to eat every hour or two, and it had to be half protein half carb together to avoid getting severe symptoms. Doctors literally became enraged saying there is no such thing as hypoglycemia, and telling me I was wrong, so I gave up telling them about it. After trying Chromium GTF- which I noticed an improvement from instantly, I started researching on it, and on Wiki How it mentioned that Chromium Polynicotinate was the best option for blood sugar issues. I want to share with people that Chromium MUST be exactly what I was deficient in all these years. The sugar issues return if I miss the one per day, but if I take just one, it truly allows the cells to digest sugars more normally that day, without going into low blood sugar issues. OH MY What a discovery! I am just over 50, and can't believe I stumbled into this after this long and wonder why doctors don't know about it or recommend it for Hypoglycemia, and Diabetes type two people because each of these could be nothing more than a Chromium deficiency! Go to Wiki How or (...) and look up Chromium Polynicotinate and read about how it affects insulin in cells, it might be the answer, I know everyone is different, but for me, it was a magic key to my body working better.
