Recommended by a nutritionist who is a pregnancy specialist, said it would be safe during pregnancy. I have been taking this allergy medication for the last 5 years and it has really worked for me. It does take a few days to get into your system and begin working. My allergy sympton weren't severe, only sinus pressure causing bad head aches. This year they seem to be different symptoms, causing sinus infection, drainage,coughing, and hoarsness. It's working again for me.
