(More customer reviews)I started taking cheap vitamins consistently about a year ago, and since then I began having serious acne issues with my skin. After doing some research on the quality of these cheap, grocery-store brands of vitamins, I was shocked to find out how few regulations are actually enforced on the companies that produce these cheap vitamins. When I did some serious research, I found that vitamin quality DOES matter- pharmaceutical-grade vitamins are the ONLY vitamins that are guaranteed not to contain unhealthy toxins or other junk that slips into the cheaper formulas.
That said, since I started taking Pomology Women's Daily (3 months ago), my acne has CLEARED and I'm feeling so much better- I have more energy and my hair and my skin look great. This is a very good quality brand- it was recommended to me by several health expert consultants, and I'm so glad I gave it a try!
Throw away all your cheapy grocery-store brand vitamins and make an investment in pomology!! You'll be so glad you did.
