Phenibut hands down beats them all.
Pros
-Works!
- Fights even the most insomniac nights
Cons
-Takes 2-3 hours to kick in
- Loses effect after about a week (simply use 1 week on, one week off)
This product has put me to sleep without fail. I frankly don't know why it isn't well known. The only downside I see is that it takes a couple hours to kick in... but when it does you are out.
