It hurt horribly all the time, sometimes collapsed, had limited range of motion, and was really making my life awful. I started taking a good quality chondroitin/glucosamine, and it helped quite a bit. I have heard from many people that it helped them, too, but have also heard that there are people that get no relief from the chondroitin/glucosamin combination. Recently, my doctor began talking knee replacement, and I was all for it. Then my doctor heard about and recommended Chondo FLX. I put off buying it because of the price, and thought, "Really, how much better could it be?"
Well, after 3 weeks, I have almost NO PAIN!!! The swelling is way down, range of motion approaches normal. This is after 6 years of severe pain, with all the depression and loss of life quality that goes with that pain. The knee is not perfect, but I have my life back. So, yeah, this is an excellent product, and yeah, I DO recommend it. BUT--before you spend this kind of money, use a less expensive product, like Osteo Biflex. If that does the job for you, great! If it helps-but not enough, THEN bump it up to Chondro FLX.
