(More customer reviews)I have been using this product for three years. I find the content, quality and dosage a solid addition to a healthy lifestyle. As I live in Europe and cannot get Special Two except for when my American friends come to visit, I have on occasion been without and/or used other more standard multi-vitamins, but I must say that when I start again on Special Two, I notice the difference.
