(More customer reviews)I have been using this for several weeks now for an iron deficiency. This product was recommended by my doctor and I have been happy with it so far. I have no problems digesting it. I compared this product to New Chapter's iron supplement and these pills have more twice the iron compared to each New Chapter pill. If you are looking for a whole food iron supplement, this one seems like a good choice based on my experience.
