This is not the liquid version by solgar that makes you feel like someone sucker punched your taste buds with cough syrup from the 1940's. This is the most delicious - I've had it in place of desert- but not sickly sweet - way to get your B-12's and folic acid.
HOLLA THAT ALL YOU PREGNANT LADIES and those about to commence- taking folic acid for 3 months prior to getting the big P can reduce Spina Bifida, et all up to 70%!! What???!!
