(More customer reviews)i'm very satisfied with the swanson brand of schizandra supplement. i used to use the herbalife brand and i found that it's 3 times the cost and there's only 120mg of actual schizandra in the product combined with a handful of daily vitamins. the swanson brand contains 525mg of schizandra and as long as i take a good quality multivitamin this is better and more cost effective option for me.
