(More customer reviews)I'm a super worrier, to the extent that I developed a sleeping disorder a year ago because I'd stay up worrying all night. I bought Deva's brand of valerian because it's vegan and organic (haven't tried any other brand, so I can't compare efficacies). I don't have a lot of experience with sleep aids, but this works for me: without it, it takes me an hour or two between deciding to sleep and actually doing it, but with it, it's more like half an hour, and I sleep solid until my alarm goes off (without it, I wake up before the alarm). I also take it sometimes during the day to dial down my anxiety.
