(More customer reviews)If you are like the other reviewer and have trouble swallowing pills, I don't know if these will solve your problem. If you can swallow the typical oblong caplet pain relievers, these should be ok for you. While they are not tiny compared to all pills on the market, they are among the smallest multi-vitamins that I have ever found and I've tried quite a few. MUCH better than drugstore and big box selections by leading manufacturers and their generic counterparts. When I recently ran out of these, I picked up a bottle of Nature Made and they are 2 1/2 times the size. I can't even get them into my pillbox let alone down my throat!
If you have difficulty swallowing and find capsules easier to handle, Kirkman Labs has a small capsule (again, small for a multi, but still not miniscule). However, you have to take 2 of their pills and even then you get half the concentration of vitamins as in one of the Carlson's. I used Kirkman for years and like them a lot but they are pricey and you usually have to buy direct from them and pay shipping. Best choice for me - Carlson. And after the Nature Made debacle, no more shortcuts - I will order the Carlson's online in time to avoid running out. I love taking just one reasonable size pill to cover my multivitamin needs!
