(More customer reviews)I did some research on acne, my daughter has tried almost everything. From TV infommercials to all natural acne lines to the last resort dermatologists. Nothing has worked and my daughter has been dealing with this for over 2 years and is now 20 yrs old and away at college. At her last dermatology appointment the DR. strongly suggested Acutane, but we're so against it because of all of it's side affects. So, I ordered 2 bottles of the Burdock Root several months ago, a few weeks after she complained that the antibiotics, washes, etc from the dermatologist were not helping. Well, my mother also sent her something at the same time I ordered the Root. My daughter received the acne formula from grandma and started taking that with the dermatologist's stuff. Between the antibiotics and that she had a major allergic reaction. She never started the Burdock Root. After she was on steroids for the hives, she basically continued on the dermatologists meds. She ran out of the antibiotics and being away at college with only a few weeks left until she came home for the summer, she started taking the Burdock Root. She never told me that she started taking it. I picked her up yesterday from college, and I said "Wow, your face looks a lot better!" She said, "I started taking the Burdock Root a couple of weeks ago". It has made a huuuuge difference. The scarring has lightened up a ton, and she really does not have any new breakouts. I read you can also steep it to make a "toner" for your face so I'm ordering the Tea Bags to do this along with the capsules. Good luck! It's pretty cheap to try, unlike some of the avenues we've had to choose. Don't give up if this doesn't work for you but I hope it does!
