(More customer reviews)i bought the Australia shark cartilage pills...then i heard if you put pills in warm vinegar they should dissolve completely in 30 mins...meaning that's whats going to happen in your stomach...then the pill is used by your body...so i put those pills in vinegar..3 hrs to dissolve!!! those pills are NOT used by your body....that's when i bought this shark * powder * its probly used by your body
i don't mix this with milk..it doesn't mix..i mix it with applesauce and small bit of sugar
