Also low glycemic index product with all natural ingredients and low calorie,high fiber solution to mid-day snack. Fills you up and very satisfying. Great product for diabetics, and those seeking an alternative to cookies and chips. The bar contains almonds, apricots, and sliced bits of coconut giving it a chewy and crunchy texture. Part of my pantry staples now.
