This is just one of several VPX products that I regularly use during my workouts. I also use NO Shotgun, NO Synthesize, and Power Shock.. I have been building muscle and reducing my body fat effectively . VPX products may cost a little more than the others but you get what you pay for. If you want noticeable results these products are the best. Syngex is by far the best tasting whey protein and I love my results!
