Then, believe me, this combination of aminoacids seems to be the only working formula for arginine, said by the specialists and by my very own experience, dont even try arginine alone, you will be throwing your money. It works better with a daily dosis of other supplements (vitamin c, magnesium, zinc) and its highly recomended to take resveratrol and some sort of protein shake (heavy dutty antioxidant)while taking these. 4 years after i started doing argenine and believe me, im 40 but looking 30!, most of the times im on a very good mood, very alert, recover my 20s sexual performance, what more can i say, no wrinkles, no expression lines, better workout performance etc (contrary to what i was becoming when i was 36!). Dont smoke, dont take alcohol too frequently, workout hard two days a weak and, have a good diet, do argenine and suplements and youll see for yourself.
