I have been amazed at how well it works. I was having trouble getting up out of a chair or out of the car and had attributed that to weight gain. Not so. After about two weeks I began getting my mobility back. I had no idea that arthritis was causing all my problems. Now I get out of a chair or out of the car without even thinking about it. My mobility has been restored. I still need to lose weight and I will by not eating sugar which is a huge cause of arthritis and weight gain but already after a month and a half of Arth-X my life is completely different and is back on the right track. I have noticed that I need to find a right level of Arth-X for me. If I lower the dosage I find that the pain comes back.
