(More customer reviews)This product has really helped me with recovery. After my workouts, I would be entirely wipped out and not able to concentrate at the work at hand very well. Well, this is not miracle supplement, and I am still not a 1000% after a grueling work out, but this has definately helped me recover more quickly from my post work out exhaustion, which is important because I go the gym before work in the morning.
The ingredients are simply the BCAAs which are essential for maximizing your effort at the gym and other ingredients to help with recovery and energy. This product is basic, its is cheap and really helps with recovery.
L-Leucine 3.5 g
L-Isoleucine 1.75 g
L-Valine 1.75 g
L-Glutamine 2.5 g
Vitamin B6 10 mg
Citrulline Malate 1 g
As I drink this during my workouts, I wish it had some carbohydrates instead of that sucralose stuff, and that is why I have given this product a 4 instead of a 5. The flavor is also a little strong for me. Everyone I talk to says the watermelon flavor is amazing, but for me its just ok (when mixed with OJ).
This product is value, because if you just bought the ingredients bulk, it would cost about the same as buying this product.
I dilute mine so I can chug it during my work outs and add a little orange juice to get the simple carbohydrates which assist in atheletic performance.
