I am not sure how good it is as a stand alone product because I always used it with other thermogenics or non-stimulant products(Lean Extreme, CLA, or OxyElite Pro).
In any case, when I used it with AM-PM box, I got knocked out upon taking these pills fairly quickly. The next morning, there would be serious bowel movement. I enjoyed it because even if it does not increase my metabolism directly, getting rid of waste is still good. It is like a detox. However, after a few days of using it, the bowel movement goes back to normal.
I guess the product does work with other things but by itself, maybe not so much. I lost about 5-6lbs in 10 weeks with Reduction AM-PM (1 box) and OxyElite Pro + ReductionPM (1 box). I also was not on any sort of special diet other than high protein, low carbs, and high fiber. I also did not workout due to injuries.
Would I recommend it? Well, I guess it depends on whether or not you want to use it by itself. I will recommend it to be complemented with some other products but not on its own. The tablets are really big and you will be taking 2 at a time. It is kind of hard to swallow and it tastes like pepper(ish?) but it's not big deal.
I go back to the same product 3 times. So I guess it is still one of my top choices for non-stimulant product.
