I walk on my treadmill at a steap incline for an hour about every day after work. I take this drink in the morning as a breakfast supplement and have discovered my legs and waist are starting to trim down and shape up some. I've been using the treadmill for a while now but my body has never toned up like this before until I started drinking this. My husband seen what I was getting and wanted some for himself. We're out and are ordering more.
Calorie consumtion for the Vanilla flavor isn't so bad either at 250 calories. For breakfast that's pretty good since most breakfast foods are around 400 calories and higher.
