(More customer reviews)This is the best Maca product I have ever used. I take one teaspoon with a glass of water to wash it down. Don't try and mix it because it doesn't mix very good. You would have to take 6 500mg capsules to equal one teaspoon of this powder, and their is over 70 teaspoons in the bottle.
