(More customer reviews)I tend to get that "run down" feeling. This brings me back to a feeling of well-being without nervousness or hyperactivity. I usually buy at a local grocery store but would like to buy online. The price is good here, but the s/h is too steep. If you can't get locally, it may be worth getting it once here to try it. I have tried the "dots" and other B12 sources, but this gives the best results without any negative side effects.
