We found a study stating some insanely optimistic study that claimed that children who receive a Vitamin D supplement are more likely to avoid the flu. Since we try and stay natural and holistic in my house, this seemed like the best way to go about it.
I have two boys, one 10 and one 3, and this is a quick and easy way to get their vitamin D without trying to convince them to take a pill. A drop or two of this in their morning juice and they're dosed for the day. They never even notice!
