(More customer reviews)The soil in the NW is deficient in selenium, so I added it (along with full spectrum vitamin E Carlson Laboratories - E-Gems Elite Natural Vitamin E, 400 IU, 120 softgels) to my diet. WOW! Everyone else is getting sick, but not me! And my dandruff went away as well.
