(More customer reviews)If you're going to take cod liver oil (and there is good reason to), this is a good way to take it. I can't imagine taking it any other way. Who wants to taste fish all morning? Anyway, the capsules are small, not large, so you have to take about three of them to get a good size dose. But for the affordable price you pay, I don't find that to be a problem. I recommend this product.
