(More customer reviews)My doc recommended this supplement but her brand was $$$$. Nice small EZ to swallow caps. Good price too. I only wish was 100mg so I don't have to take 2 at a time. My personal use for this (per doc) is to help my body release toxins. I am detoxing OK (liver/kidney functions, etc.) but my body is retaining the waste for some reason. Can't really tell if it is working for this purpose but am losing a bit of weight so far without trying. Not sure what the traditional use for this is but I've always enjoyed good quality with TWINLAB products.
