greatly(strangely) depending on the day/week here. Read reviews! (it helps to make sure you are getting correct amount
per bottle(and # of bottles as sometimes 2 for 1 is advertised here--on some of their vitamins and others).
Dark brown glass, you can't beat that! Keeps sunlight out from oxidizing vitamins and diminishing their potency, plus
glass is inert, won't leech chemicals into them, nor air, it's more expensive to use dark brown glass, better protection for your vitamins. Bioflavonoids are great anti-oxidants and help with C absorption into the body. I prefer
Twinlabs Allergy C over most, but these are great too.
If you get loose stools, simply cut back a bit to find your limit. Twice a day is great. Personally,
i feel it has helped on my days when feeling a bit depressed. Our bodies used to produce good amounts of C per day,
but no longer and has to come from foods and like Linus P., i feel large doses are even better (up to your stool
tolerance). Many animals still make it on their own. Overall great product, good company, just watch prices!
